1. Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legal agreement between you and Jarvis ("Jarvis", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your use of our website at jarvis.wtf, our mobile applications, our APIs, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, joining the waitlist, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
3. Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@jarvis.wtf if you suspect unauthorized access.
You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep that information up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information or that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent.
4. The Service, in plain English
Jarvis is a multi-agent AI assistant. It interprets natural-language requests, coordinates a roster of specialized agents, and acts on your behalf across connected services such as calendar, email, messaging platforms, and search.
The Service is currently in private beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed without prior notice. We may impose usage limits, rate limits, and quota constraints to keep the Service reliable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or third party's rights.
- Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or harassment.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract our models, prompts, or systems.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by transmitting malware or overwhelming our infrastructure.
- Use the Service to generate or distribute illegal content, including content that sexualizes minors, content that incites violence, or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Use the Service to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on individuals (e.g., credit, employment, housing, healthcare diagnostics) without independent human review.
- Use the Service to build a competing AI assistant or to train competing models.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules. Where the violation is severe (for example, harm to third parties), we may do so without notice.
6. Connected accounts and third-party services
The Service can connect to third-party services such as Google (Calendar, Gmail), Meta Platforms (WhatsApp Business), and others. When you connect a third-party service, you authorize Jarvis to access and act on data within that service to fulfill your requests, subject to the permissions you grant.
Your use of any third-party service remains governed by that service's own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of those services, but we will only request the minimum permissions needed to deliver the features you use, and you can revoke any integration at any time from your dashboard.
If a third-party service is unavailable or changes its API, the corresponding Jarvis features may be temporarily or permanently affected. We will tell you when this happens rather than silently fail.
7. AI outputs
Jarvis generates responses using large language models. These models can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Always verify important information before relying on it for legally, medically, or financially significant decisions. The Service is a tool to assist you; it is not a substitute for professional advice from a doctor, lawyer, financial advisor, or other licensed professional.
To the extent allowed by law, you own the outputs Jarvis generates for you from your inputs, except for portions that come from public or licensed sources. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of those outputs complies with applicable laws and third-party rights.
8. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service, including messages, files, and any data we receive from your connected accounts on your instruction ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and transmit Your Content solely to operate, maintain, and provide the Service to you. This license ends when you delete the relevant content or close your account, subject to short technical retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not use Your Content to train third-party AI models, and we do not sell Your Content. See the Privacy Policy for full details.
9. Fees
The Service is currently free during private beta. When paid plans launch, we will provide pricing in advance, and any account changes will require your explicit confirmation. Continued use of any paid plan constitutes agreement to the applicable fees.
Payments will be processed by a third-party payment processor (e.g., Stripe). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
10. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, brand, logos, models, and underlying technology, is owned by Jarvis and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.
11. Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, or suggestions about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. You don't have to send feedback, and you retain any rights you have in your underlying inventions.
12. Beta-specific terms
While the Service is in private beta, you acknowledge that:
- The Service may contain bugs, performance issues, or unexpected behavior.
- Features may change or be removed without notice.
- We may reset accounts or data during the beta period if migrations require it. We will give you reasonable notice and a path to export your data when feasible.
- The Service is provided "as is" with no service-level commitments.
13. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR PURPOSES.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JARVIS AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR (B) USD $100. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES OR LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jarvis and its affiliates from any third-party claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your use of the Service, or (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights.
16. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if your use creates risk for us or other users, or if we discontinue the Service. On termination, the licenses you grant us under Section 8 end (subject to retention windows in our Privacy Policy), and the provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 15, and 17) will survive.
17. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing in this section limits your rights under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in-app at least 14 days before the changes take effect, except when an immediate change is necessary for security or legal compliance. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
19. Miscellaneous
- Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
- No waiver. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
- Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect.
- Assignment. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
- Force majeure. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
