The fastest way
The simplest path is in-app. We deliberately put deletion behind a single, unmistakable button rather than buried in five sub-menus.
- Open the Jarvis app or web dashboard.
- Go to Settings โ Privacy & Data.
- Tap Delete my account & data.
- Confirm.
Confirmation arrives instantly. The full deletion completes within 30 days (most of it within minutes).
1. What gets deleted
When you delete your Jarvis account, we remove:
- Conversations โ every message you've sent across chat, voice, SMS, and WhatsApp, and every response Jarvis generated for you.
- Personal context and memory โ preferences, goals, profile information, and any long-term memory the agents built up about you.
- Connected-account credentials โ OAuth tokens for Google, Meta/WhatsApp, and any other service you'd connected. We revoke them and delete our copy.
- Audio and media artifacts โ voice recordings, images you shared, and any cached content stored on your behalf.
- Account information โ your email, phone number, name, and any other profile details.
- Psychological profile data โ if you used features that built a behavioral profile, those artifacts are wiped along with everything else.
- Backups โ encrypted backups age out within 35 days; we don't keep "just in case" copies beyond that.
2. What we keep, and why
Two narrow exceptions, both required:
- Aggregated, non-identifying metrics (e.g., "the platform served N requests last month"). These cannot be tied back to you.
- Records required by law, such as financial transaction records if you ever paid us. We retain only the legally required minimum, for the legally required period, and nothing more.
3. Three ways to delete your data
Option A โ In-app (recommended)
- Open the Jarvis app or visit jarvis.wtf and sign in.
- Navigate to Settings โ Privacy & Data.
- Tap Delete my account & data.
- Confirm via the prompt.
You can also delete individual conversations or clear specific memory without closing your account, from the same screen.
Option B โ Email request
Email privacy@jarvis.wtf from the address registered to your account, with the subject line:
Delete my Jarvis account
Include the phone number on file if you'd like us to also delete a phone-based account. We'll respond within 5 business days to confirm receipt and within 30 days with confirmation that deletion is complete.
For verification, we may ask you to confirm a piece of account information or respond to a verification email or SMS. This protects you from someone else deleting your account.
Option C โ Disconnecting Meta / WhatsApp specifically
If you only want to disconnect Jarvis from your WhatsApp / Meta account (without deleting the rest of your Jarvis data):
- In Jarvis: Settings โ Integrations โ WhatsApp โ Disconnect.
- In Meta directly: open accountscenter.facebook.com โ Apps and websites โ find Jarvis โ Remove.
After disconnection, we revoke our credentials, stop sending or receiving messages on your behalf, and delete cached integration data within 30 days. Your other Jarvis data (chat, calendar memory, todos) remains intact unless you also delete the account.
4. Timeline
- Immediately โ your account is locked, you're signed out everywhere, and all integrations are disconnected.
- Within minutes โ primary records (conversations, profile, memory) are marked for deletion and removed from active stores.
- Within 30 days โ full purge across operational stores, search indexes, and queues. You'll get a confirmation email when this completes.
- Within 35 days โ encrypted backups containing your data have rolled over and are gone.
5. Export your data first (optional)
Want a copy before you delete? You can export everything as a downloadable archive:
- Settings โ Privacy & Data โ Export my data.
- We email a secure download link within a few minutes for small accounts, up to a few hours for larger ones.
- The link is valid for 7 days, then expires.
6. After deletion
Once deleted, the account cannot be recovered. If you create a new account with the same email or phone number later, it starts fresh โ no shared history, no carried-over memory, no shadow profile.
7. Data we never had
Some things you might think we have, we don't:
- We don't have your passwords for connected services. We use OAuth, so revoking access in Google or Meta is also effective.
- We don't have your full payment card details. Those live with our payment processor (Stripe, when paid plans launch).
- We don't have a copy of your raw email or calendar history beyond what was needed for an active task; we don't mirror your inbox.
